Go HERE to register (or log in) to the Marlboro website. You must be 18 years old and they will ask your for your social security number to verify age. You will have to create a logo or "Brand" for your hat. Then click on the "Promo" button to the right side. You will then see the promo for the free hat.
I have been registered with them for over 6 years now. It is actually rather nice..they send me a nice gift every year on my birthday!! Also if you are a smoker they will send you coupons all the time. If not you can give them to a friend or family member who does smoke! This site is legit and is not a scam. I have entered several promotions they have had and received every item in about 1-2 months.
